Welcome to Nrityasagara School of Dance! Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.
1. Enrolment and Fees:
- Our bharatanatyam classes in Sydney follow the school term schedule, and non-refundable fees are due at the beginning of each term, applicable to all classes regardless of attendance.
- For new students joining after the term has started, pro-rata fees will apply.
- Program & Costume fees TBD
- Uniform $40
2. Trial Class:
- Explore our classes with an obligation-free trial class, conveniently bookable online.
3. NSW Active Kids Vouchers:
- We gladly accept NSW Active Kids Vouchers.
4. Practice and Attendance:
- Consistent practice and attendance are crucial for a student's development, including a commitment to practice outside of classes.
- Makeup classes may be offered at the school's discretion and subject to availability but are not guaranteed. We encourage students to find a suitable time during the week based on the class schedule and availability.
5. Punctuality:
- To maintain discipline and efficiency, students are expected to be outside the bharatanatyam class at least five minutes before the session begins. Regular attendance is highly recommended.
6. Dress Code:
- Students are expected to abide by the school's dress code. It is essential students can move freely and comfortably while practicing at Bharatanatyam class, hence students wear appropriate dance attire.
- Girls below 15 years should wear the prescribed salwar kameez uniform. Until the uniform is ready, any salwar kameez or black leggings beneath a long dress with a dupatta/scarf tied around the waist are acceptable.
- Older girls must wear a practice dance saree.
7. Media Release:
- The school may publish photographs and videos on its website and other marketing materials for the purpose of spreading awareness of the art forms and school activities. If you wish to opt out, please inform us.
